Op zaterdag 11 februari 2017 om 16u wordt een citaat van Joseph Wresinski op de Muur van de Vrede van het Titus Brandsma Memorial in Nijmegen geplaatst. Tevens de start van het campagnejaar “100, 60, 30” van de internationale beweging ATD Vierde Wereld in Nederland.
Publieke gedeelte in de kerk, Keizer Karelplein 9, Nijmegen,
Op 500 m van het centraal station van Nijmegen.

15u-16u : ervaringsverhalen, toespraken en muziek.
Om 16u: plaatsing van het citaat op de vredesmuur.
Voor sympathisanten en genodigden. Graag aanmelden.
In het Titus Brandsma Memorial, Stijn Buysstraat 11.
13u30-14u45: Ontvangst, ontmoeting en jongerenworkshop (+16 ).
16u30-18u30: Na het officiële gedeelte op het plein, terugkeer naar het Titus Brandsma Memorial. Voor ontmoeting, workshops en maaltijd. Op het einde : vertrek naar de theaterzaal.
19u30-21u30: Theatervoorstelling de OmZieners van de Joseph Wresinski Cultuur stichting in het Titus Brandsma wijkcentrum, Tweede Oude Heeselaan 386

In 2017 ATD Fourth World commemorates 60 years of existence, the centenary of its founder Joseph Wresinski and the 25th anniversary of the World Day for Overcoming Extreme Poverty.
On Saturday 11 February 2017 a stone with Joseph Wresinski’s words will be added to the wall of peace at the Titus Brandsma Memorial in Nijmegen as a way of marking his fight against extreme poverty as important contribution to peace.
On the same day the Joseph Wresinski Culture theatre group will perform their new play. The commemoration was prepared through an inter-generational dialogue between people from different social and economic backgrounds.
